I bought this on the understanding that I could use the 'Free Returns' service advertised on every page of the site if it wasn't suitable. It turned out to be unsuitable for the use I had in mind, but when I went to return it found in VERY small print (on another page) that free returns did not apply to furniture (this jar was apparently classed as furniture). The post office quoted me £8 to return it, so it wasn't worth the cost. Please consider introducing the Collect Plus service for lightweight items such as this, which would be much cheaper and would make returns viable. As I can't return such items without great cost I wouldn't take the risk of ordering anything else from you.

I am sorry that you feel we have not been open about our terms and conditions in regards to our home ware. The Terms and Conditions are clearly stated in the same size text as all other information on our web site and is clear for all customers to see.
As we can arrange a collection of the other two items for you we woudl ask that this is packed up and it can be returned with the courier as well.
