After purchasing this item, I was pleased that I had found a bargain from your website as it was considerably cheaper then its original price. However I am appalled by the service I have received. I haven't to this day received my item, and when I contacted french connenction to find out where my product was, they were less than helpful and told me to go and ask royal mail myself where it is! Of course this is going to be impossible considering I had no information other then it was being shipped to my work address. As you sent the item, the least I would have expected would be for you to track the order and see why it's missing. Understandably I would like a refund for my purchase and would also like an explanation to your lazy and unhelpful services.

First let me apologise for the delay in receiving your order, we did as advised dispatched your order on the 22nd March on our standard 3-5 working day delivery service. Taking into account the Bank holiday period you should have received your order no later than 2nd April 2013
We are unable to track the orders as the order method chosen for dispatch is the non-tracked standard delivery service. In regards to us asking you to speak to speak to Royal Mail; we do this as Royal Mail will only divulge information regarding a status of an order to the name person on the parcel regardless of who sent the item
I apologise if this was not explained to your properly when you called to discuss the delivery of your order.
I trust you have now received your order and as a gesture of goodwill for the issues with your delivery we have refunded your postage charge
