Good value! I bought it after big reduction. In fact I bought it wrong seize at the beginning and I changed the seize later! The customer sevice online was brilliant and everything went on very smoothly!!!
This dress is well made and looks very flattering with heels. A gorgeous dress suitable for evening wear.

Cons: wouldn't know!
It would be impossible for me to write a review as I never received the dress... After a week of waiting I telephoned french connection to see if my order had been dispatched to be told firstly that my confirmation number belonged to an address in London- I live in yorkshire, secondly that my address had been flagged as fraudulent!! Thirdly that I shouldn't use my ipad to order as there were problems with the app- which I didn't use I went straight to the french connection website! I spoke to a very shirty customer service adviser, who also said there was no recollection of payment, luckily I paid through paypal and had a transaction number! I was given a refund- after said adviser stated " well what we can do is refund whoevers paypal account it is- making me feel like I was lying- while I was on the phone the email came through from paypal which I told the adviser who then said " well you can't be too careful!" After twenty minutes of trying to sort it out, she then said "would you like to reorder over the phone and pay by credit card and we'll send it out straight away" - although she had already said no orders would be sent to my "fraudulent address"! I politely declined her offer and won't be spending anymore of MY MONEY with you again!

To advise we were unable to fulfill your complete order of the 28th January 2013.
To explain at times when we come to pick the orders we find that there is a discrepancy in the stock and we do not have the item in stock. The item you ordered was an end of season item and therefore we were not restocking this item.
We waited 3 days to see if any stock was returned to see if we could fulfill the order. On the 31st as it was apparent that no stock was being returned so we cancelled down the item. At the time of cancelling your order we sent you an e-mail to the address listed here advising you of this.
